His areas of practice are Corporate Restructuring, Collaborations, Shareholder dispute matters, Appearance before quasi-judicial authorities, Insolvency and bankruptcy Code

He was elected to the apex position as the President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for the year 2004-05. 

He was a member of the Expert Advisory Group of ICSI.

He was a Member of Corporate Laws Sub Committee  of Maratha Chamber of  Commerce, Industries & Agriculture and was  a Director in United Western Bank Limited (Scheduled  Bank)  and  Sampada Sahakari Bank Limited.

He is member of Governing Council of Deccan Education Society.

He was public representative director on PSE Securities Ltd, a subsidiary of Poona Stock Exchange Ltd.

He is a visiting faculty at various professional institutes/ associationsincluding MBA Program Centre of Pune University.
